Representation Matters.
The Secret of NIMH only briefly contains human characters. The human characters do not pass the Bechdel Test- there are not two named women. The animal characters’ dialogue, however, does pass the Bechdel Test.
The Secret of NIMH does not contain violence against (human) women or men.
